How to Set Up, Adjust, and Remove Clek’s Booster Seat in Fullback Mode

Installing a Clek booster seat

The resilient LATCH system is used to install the Clek booster seat on the car you drive. You may easily set up and remove it by following a few easy steps:

Step 1: You must extend the latch connectors first. Pull the recline handle while simultaneously pulling the latch connections and extending them outward with one hand.

Step 2: Align the booster seat LATCH connectors on the clek with the lower LATCH anchors on the vehicle.

Step 3: Push the booster (LATCH connections) in the direction of the anchors until a click is heard.


Step 4: Reposition the seat and pull it back to check that the booster is firmly fastened. 

Step 5: Check that the booster seat is securely attached to the car seat after installation.

Note: 

Ensure there is no space between the booster seat headrest and the car’s seat back or headrest.

You can recline the booster seat by doing the following: 

Step 1: Slide this booster seat towards you until it is in the desired reclined position by pulling on the recline handle on the front of the seat base. 

Step 2: Recline, and release to lock the booster seat in the reclined position, use the handle. 

Step 3: Check the child’s safety seat. The headrest and seat back of the car remain in touch.

Step 4: Push the booster seat in the direction of the back of the car seat while pulling and holding the recline handle with one hand.

Step 5: Let your body loosen up. The booster seat’s handle locks it in the upright position.

To Remove Clek’s Booster Seat

To take off Clek’s booster seat, follow these steps: 

Step 1: Slide the booster towards you while tugging on the Recline Handle on the front of the booster Seat Base to reveal the LATCH Connectors.

Step 2: After the LATCH connectors are visible, look for the red buttons located on the front of the LATCH connectors.

Step 3: Pull the booster seat forward with one hand while detaching the LATCH connector with your thumb by pressing one button at a time.

Step 4: Repeat step four for both LATCH connectors. 

Step 5: Push the LATCH connectors back into the seat base. Hold the Recline Handle and do this to retract them.

Step 6: Now, you can remove the booster seat from the car.


How to Install and Detach Clek’s Cup Holder for Booster Seats

Step 1: To access the cupholder installation slot (on both sides of the car seat), release the booster seat cushion.

Step 2: Select a slot, insert your cupholder, and lock it in place.

Step 3: Press on both sides of the seat until you hear a click to lower the seat cushion.

Step 4: I’m done now. The cup gadget has been installed.

Removing the cupholder from Clek’s booster seat

Step 1: Remove the seat cushion from the seat base, then place it to the side.

  • To remove the seat cushion from the front of the seat base, pull up on the bottom front edge of the cushion.

Step 2: Slide the Cup Holder tabs out of the slots in the Seat Base while holding onto the outside of the Cup Holder.

Step 3: Replace the seat cushion on the seat base.

  • Place the seat cushion on the seat base’s top surface.
  • To align snaps in the seat base, slide the seat cushion back underneath the seat back.
  • To activate the front snaps to the seat base, apply pressure to the rear and front of the seat cushion.

How To Switch a Clek Booster Seat from Fullback to Backless

You must disconnect the base from the back of the Oobr Clek booster seat to switch it from fullback to backless mode. 

You may easily remove Clek’s booster seat back by following these steps:

Step 1: Place the seat in the side position.

Step 2: Holding the seatback with one hand while holding the release strap with the other.

Step 3: To separate the piglets holding the two pieces together, pull down the strap.

Step 4: You can now safely remove the Oobr booster seat’s back. 

To switch to fullback mode, insert a pig in the back and press down until it locks. The seat is secure.

Installation and Removal A Clek Backless Booster Seat (Oobr)

Installation of Booster Seat in Backless Mode

Step 1: Pull and hold the Recline Handle in front of the booster seat base, then pull the LATCH Connectors out to release/extend the lower anchors.

Step 2: Place the LATCH Connectors in line with the LATCH anchors on the car and press them against the lower LATCH anchors until you hear each one click.

Step 3: Pull the booster seat forward to make sure it is firmly fastened to the vehicle’s LATCH lower anchors on both sides once the LATCH Connectors are connected to the LATCH lower anchors.

Important Note: Make sure there is no space between this booster seat and the car seat back.

Removing the Booster Seat in Backless Mode 

Step 1: Slide the booster seat towards you to expose the LATCH Connectors by pulling on the recline handle on the front of the seat base.

Step 2: Find the red buttons on the LATCH Connectors’ front.

Step 3: While pulling this booster seat forward with the other hand, push one button with your thumb to release one LATCH Connector at a time.

Step 4: Repeat for the opposing LATCH Connector.

Step 5: Push the LATCH Connectors into the seat base to store them when not in use by pulling and holding the Recline Handle on the front of the booster seat base.

Step 6: Take this booster seat out of the car.
